This project was the first planned entirely virtual Upfront event at Discovery, Inc. (2020 was quite the scramble, for obvious reasons). Upfront is the biggest Ad Sales event for every network/entertainment platform to sell most of its inventory to start the sales cycle in May. My role within the creative team was to art direct and occasionally design the printed pieces of the Comfort Kit, a client mailer filled with premiums delivered before the event, and all digital and print trade media surrounding the event. I pre-pressed all print pieces for final approval before sending to various vendors for delivery to ensure quality and consistency across color gamuts.
