In this year’s Ad Sales hospitality suite, it was the first year as the new Warner Bros. Discovery. We were merged with another internal creative team and this was the first project I led in project management and art direction. We cross-pollinated designers from legacy teams and worked towards an extremely short deadline for the first time together. My primary objective was to ensure each priority network was properly represented and placed within the 2 suites we had at the Aria hotel. I managed approvals from Ad Sales executives and each of the now 15 priority network’s marketing/photo teams in less than 1 month’s time.
