In 2019, Ad Sales celebrated the biggest tentpole of our flagship network, Discovery Channel, with an intimate themed party to show our appreciation and excitement for all things Shark Week. This event occurred across the street from the beautiful Santa Monica beach and Pier.
It included an interactive WeTalkChalk art installment where attendees could pose with a shark breaking through the floor, AR-activated banners with hidden Shark Facts, a branded swimming pool, and more.
I hired the art installation vendor and led a team of internal print, digital, and animation designers to create all communication touchpoints and on-site activations. I also coordinated table linens, flower arrangements, and furniture rental with the events management team. It was a Jawsome-ly successful event.
